I was petrified of how I would appear after having mine removed and I was BLOWN AWAY with the results!! I am so happy to get rid of the foreign objects in my body. I feel healthier, happier and have my self confidence back!!! I am free from the 4 years implant prison I had sentenced myself! Here are pictures of my progress on my 2 week anniversary of removal.

Beautiful job-and beautiful you. We all sentenced ourselves to prison when we implanted. There are so few implants that last without some kind of damage or pain to our bodies. Great decision...Thanks for sharing. God Bless

I was 107 lbs , 5'4" with a 32 A/34B bra size. With my implant I was a 34 C bra size. Now I fit in a 34B bra perfectly & weigh 113 lbs.

I am 61, and have had saline implants for 16 yrs. The right side is 375cc and the left 350cc. I've had no problems, but would like them explanted with a lift. My PS has suggested silicone implants possibly 275-300cc, stating that I most likely wouldn't be happy with just a lift. I am really torn in this decision, and with my age, thinking new implants would not be the wisest. Please help me with your comments. Surgery is scheduled for April 20th.

Hi Annie, Have you sought a second opinion? I'm happy that you are not experiencing any problems, but if your wish is to have explant without replacement, I think your PS should respect that. He shouldn't try to talk you into new implants. I've seen beautiful results of explant only with and without a lift. Best wishes on your decision...please keep us updated :-)

I think much depends on your build and what look you wish to achieve. I love the fact the I am smeller chested now without implants, so if it were my decision I would prefer no implant and get a lift. I bet you'll be happy with whatever you decide and good luck!!

This is actually a 3rd opinion. I have a pre-op appt. on April 15. I have a long list of questions. The reason I got saline implants 16 yrs ago was because of how my breasts looked post breastfeeding 2 babies and doing aerobics 6x/wk which I think melted much of the fat I had in my breasts. I was a 38C prior to implants, then went to 38D with them. I think I would be happy with a 36A if I just did the lift, or 36C if I had silicone replacements.
