Hi all! I have been visiting this site quite often since making the decision to have a breast augmentation. Today was my big day and I'm about 6 hours post op......I had to take a peak of course and noticed that my breasts were cone-shaped and there isn't any fullness on the bottom. I was a 34b and went with 320/350 cc under the muscle silicone implants. Can anybody tell me if this is "normal" looking and if they will settle into a more rounded nice shape? Thank you! I need my nerves calmed :)

They should settle down a bit but they sure look great already. Do you have a pre op photo?

You're a lot more full looking now. Mine are so puffy and I'm waiting a year or two to let my breasts catch up to my areolas, lol.

So your areolas appear to have stretched out and are smoother now. I hope mine will turn out like that, they are so bumpy right now.

They will definitely settle down! mine changed dramatically each day for the week after surgery (I'm one week post-op). especially since they are under the muscle they will take time to settle into the "pocket" your doctor created. I wasn't allowed to look at mine until 2 days post-op. I would keep whatever bra/dressings the doctor put on you ON so that they will take shape the way he intended.

That's so good to hear! I am/was freaking out because my boobs had a "cone like" shape to begin with and I was hoping that it will be corrected. I also didn't expect my aereolas to stretch so much. I took my bra off for like 2 seconds for a peek but it def isn't coming off anymore.

You are going through what all of us are! "What the hell? Is this normal?" Yours look just like mine do. Today is Day 4 postop for me. After much research, I know they will drop, but the fear that they won't is at time overwhelming. Stay active on this websites and post your transformation. Research the transformation of others and you will start to feel much better.

Thank you! I was/am a worrier with this whole entire process like you lol and I promise they WILL change. I started seeing real progress at 2 weeks....& they are still dropping but look much more normal. You will fall in love with yours. I was HORRIFIED when I saw my boobs after surgery. Which is what prompted my original post. Trust the process :) you look seriously great for being 4 days post op
