Go elsewhere! I would not recommend this place! I went and had consultations at several different offices but BPS was the cheapest so I went with it- you get what you pay for! First of all when I called to request a consultation no doctor or nurse was available in the foreseeable future, the administrative girl says “You can meet with me.” I’m wondering what kind of medical training she has but I agreed. That was my first mistake! The girl couldn’t help me during my consult. It appears she is just working there for the employee discount. So she said I would have to make another appointment and come back. Well, the nurse was clueless as well. Then I was supposed to meet with the actual doctor, after waiting for an hour naked in the gown I’m told he’s not coming. I was told the doctor would look at my pictures and be able to tell what I need. On the day of the surgery I receive a call “Where are you??!” the nurse had written down the incorrect arrival time on my sheet, the lady at the surgery center wanted it as proof, as if she didn’t believe me. The entire process was rushed, they kept walking by and asking if I was sleepy but I never fell asleep so they just took me back. I was awake during half of the procedure, it was very painful, thankfully I finally passed out at some point. At the post-op the doctor admitted he was surprised that the desired result was not achieved but he tried to say it would get better. At 5 weeks he finally admitted it’s not going to get any better. I asked him how much would it be to fix what he didn’t fix the first time. He asked “What did you pay the first time $$$?” and said a number less than half of what I paid so at this point I feel like I REALLY got ripped off! He said he would have someone call me with the price the next day. Next day, no call. Day after, no call. I call them leave a message. Next day, no call, I call and leave another message. I finally received an email, still no call! Horrible customer service all around! Bottom line this place only cares about making money, not the patient.

You poor thing. What a horrible experience! I'm sorry you had to go through that, but thank you for sharing your story so that no one else goes there!

That’s awful!! I went to him for a consult many years ago, and it was a horrible experience, and I felt humiliated. Thank goodness, I didn’t use him! I’m sorry you had this experience!
