Please DO NOT Use Her. Do Your Research

Horrible! Not experienced with fastbraces and chose her pride over my son's dental health and well being. Damaged my son's teeth The services provided to my kids were not to standards, careless, and damaged my son's teeth. My older son only needed adjustments for minor gaps on the top teeth. As time went on his bottom teeth got progressively worse. I was reassured they would straighten out and had treatment started on My younger son in July of 2019 (Huge Mistake). I would have respected if Dr. Azinge simply said she did not have the knowledge/ability to place my boys in fast braces. Instead, she took my money and couldn’t admit she was in over her head even if it meant risking my son's oral health. In December I could no longer subject my boys to this malpractice or trust that she could provide the care my boys needed. I called her office to discuss my decision. I also scheduled an appointment with another provider for a second opinion, they were able to schedule the boys for an appointment on January 6th. On December 23rd I called her office twice, left a voicemail, left a text message and never received a call back. I then called on December 26th and never received a call back. I called again January 2nd, left a voicemail and a text message and still did not receive a call back. I called again January 6th, and sent a text message stating "Hello, I have reached out several times in regards to my son's orthodontics care. Please give me call back", and never received a call back. I called again January 9th and finally was able to speak with someone to get an appointment for January 13th. In the mean time My younger son was still in pain and his bite was so out of line he could not chew properly and there was no improvement in My older son’s bottom teeth. On January 6th I took them for a second opinion, at which point I was told if the chain was not removed from Michael's teeth immediately he could lose that tooth because of how inward it had turned. I was also told that the chain was too tight on bottom teeth and they would not improve with the current placing and chain. On January 13th I took them to her office for their 2:00 pm appointment. We were not seen until 4:00 pm and we left your office at 6:00 pm. I did have her remove and discontinue service on January 13th due to her inability to provide the services in a safe and effective manner. I was more than patient and gave her ample enough time with my older son. With my younger son I should not have let it go on as long as I did, I failed him by taking him back to her as long as I did. She caused him pain and his teeth to adjust in ways they shouldn't have.
