Self Confidence Booster!

I had decided a while ago that I wanted to get a rhinoplasty. I wanted to feel more comfortable when I looked in the mirror. Also, I have some nasal problems that made me constantly congested with lots of sinus infections. After some research, I decided to go see Dr. Mao. His practice is beautiful and all of the staff members are very friendly and attentive. Marie, the practice manager, is great. She made sure the process was very thorough and friendly. One thing I noticed (being in the medical field myself, this was important to me), Dr. Mao was very laid back and went in depth to tell me about the procedure. I felt very comfortable right away. We decided on 2/13/18 for my surgery. I was very nervous going into the Surgery Center of Fairfield, but the staff there (who are also excellent) made me feel at ease. My mother and my aunt accompanied me, and they kept commenting on how amazing Dr. Mao’s bedside manor was. And they’re very correct. He’s friendly, funny, and always answers any questions that you may have. I always feel sick after coming out of anesthesia, but I felt great when I came out of surgery. Very little pain, no nausea; I even joked and said that I felt like I could go to the gym. My follow up appointments were also fantastic. The staff at Dr. Mao’s office are the very best. I would highly recommend Dr. Mao for any type of facial plastic surgery. If I had to do it again, I would 100% choose Dr. Mao.
