I was at my post op appointment and looked at the before and after. My breast definitely look fuller and they do look better than the first time. Changing implants was a great decision on his part. The scaring has already decreased. Overall I’m content with the results. The office has been patient and kind, as well as responsive to my needs. Dr. Sofer is a very nice doctor and in the future I would consider him for a tummy tuck.

I'm confused by your posts. On the previous post, it says 1 month post-op, but Real-Self has it listed as 1 year post-op. Did you just get your operation or did you get your operation a year ago?

1 month post and I feel like I have more scars and the same results as the first time. Just feeling disappointed and wish they looked nicer after spending so much money....

Feeling sore. Went to doctor to get padding out....I noticed 1 nipple higher than the other and I’m hoping when they heal they will be even. The doctor cut into the same scar going from nipple but also but underneath the breast. Nothing I can do but wait and see how they heal....

Hi there. I just came across your story and was wondering how you are doing and if you are feeling good about your revision. I had lollipop lift and 405cc saline implants. My left dropped in the first month and now my right has headed south as well. I am currently 4 months post op. I love my surgeon. I think he’s brilliant. He did a drainless TT on me that was nothing short of miraculous. I’m pretty sure my problem is lack of skin elasticity as I lost a lot of weight before surgery. I just dread the thought of having to spend more money that I don’t have. :(

I’m just about to post more pictures ....they seem to be sagging again and don’t look any different than they did the first time...except now I have uneven nipples and more scars. My surgeon is very nice but I just feel so disappointed and upset I had to spend $2100 more :(
