I had a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction. Dr. Rad was in charge of all of the reconstruction. I had outstanding results. Dr. Rad is the best of the best! No wonder he has so many great reviews! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rad! His office staff is very courteous and efficient. They answer emails/phone calls almost immediately.

Dr. Rad is a phenomenal surgeon! From the moment I met him, I knew he was an outstanding doctor and surgeon. He spent almost two hours with me during the initial consultation explaining the entire procedure and what to expect. Dr. Rad was very patient in answering all of my questions- I had many! He is always available to answer any questions you may have. I emailed him over the weekend once, and he got back to me in literally in under an hour's time! When I had my initial bilateral mastectomy (September 15, 2014), I was concerned my insurance wasn't going to pay for his services. He called me personally telling me that the procedure would be totally covered and not to worry about it (and it was!). Another example of how caring he is towards his patients is; Dr. Rad called me a day earlier to remove the very last drain from my breast. He called to spare me a trip into Washington, D.C. (where his office is) and meet him at a much closer location to remove the drain! What doctor does that in this day and age where everyone is in a hurry, and there is not adequate focus on relationships? Dr. Rad is one of the most caring doctors I have had the privilege of knowing. I completely trust his decisions and his expertise. I had my second surgery (exchange of tissue expanders to silicone implants) on August 18, 2015. The results are amazing; I am very happy! I recommend Dr. Rad to anyone who needs some sort of plastic surgery. He is a gifted surgeon! Dr. Rad is truly the best! Many thanks to him in giving me something positive during this difficult time in my life!! I can't thank him enough!
