Incredible Surgeon!
Dr Winters is the best of the best. Excellent surgeon, compassionate. I had extensive facial reconstruction due to cancer and he explained everything in detail, took time to answer all of my questions/concerns and alleviated me fears. I felt well taken care of every step of the way and had a positive experience. Highly recommended!
