FFS Exactly Like I Wanted

WORTH IT
I had FFS with Dr. Mayer on May 30th, 2023. It's been three months and I have healed incredibly well. I am so absolutely happy with my results.
My proceedures:
Forehead Lift, Hairline Lowering, Supra Orbital Bone Reduction and Contouring
Septorhinoplasty (closed) with Cartilage Grafts
Chin Reduction and Contour
Intranasal Lip Lift
Fascia to Lips
Thyroid Cartilage Shave
Micrografts #300 to the Fronto Temporal Recessions
Dr. Mayer:
The man has an ego, but I love him. If you ever meet him, he will tell you over and over that he is a perfectionist. My first impression was that this was a line he says to make you feel better before surgery but I truly think he is. He genuinely cares about his patients and it's evident in the way he treats you.
The consultation felt a little rushed, but he is a busy man. With the time constraints, he listened to me and answered my questions well. Since I went from one of many, many prospects to an actual patient, he has given me ample time to discuss my goals and concerns. I went into surgery confident that he knew what I wanted.
His entire staff is fantastic too. Nikki, Keely, Francis and the anesthesiologist were all incredible. I could not imagine better people for the job.
Everyone in the office, including Dr. Mayer, are passionate about helping trans people accomplish their goals and affirming their gender. They truly care about their patients and I have no reason to believe it's merely profit driven like some surgeons are rumored to be.
My results:
I am beyond happy. It's a night and day difference and my life has changed dramatically because of it. Prior to FFS I really only passed in dark clubs/bars. Now I pass consistently, to the extent that I've had to be very careful about who I tell because some people react very, very poorly. Of course my entire transition has continued to progress in the past 3 months, but FFS has CERTAINLY been a big part of this change. I am SO thankful that I decided to go through with FFS and SO thankful that I chose Dr. Mayer.
Why I chose Dr. Mayer:
In my mind, there are two types of FFS. One type is a lateral move from male->female bone structure, maintaining the same level of attractiveness. The other is more of a "bimbo" look (think inflated lips, cheeks, deep cut jaw reduction, etc). Dr. Mayer finds the perfect balance in results that look natural AND an upgrade in attractiveness. I found this to be consistent in his previous results and was happy to have found the same to be true for me.
Overall:
I would recommend Dr. Mayer to my friends and recommend him here too.
