From a Surgeon with All my Heart Dr. Spiegel is the Top Maxofacial Plastic Surgeon in the World!

Greetings everyone,
I have read some positive and some unfortunate comments about their experience and I give my sincere support to curlycurlchloe from which I have read the stories and developments yesterday. It is not my place nor my duty to find an explanation of your situation girl. I want you to know that I suffer to see you unhappy, and I want to extend to you my sincere friendship! Please contact me (if you want to)...there are solutions for everything and our support as sisters and brothers in our wonderful trans community shall be immune from self-centric actions! I have posted my result 16 days post op. The reason is because as is our right to complain and exercise our rights and perception of results and treatments that did not go "well" so is our duty to report satisfactions and good results. As you can see after 16 days for a 58 years old trans which was a total masculine persona and for which the feeling and luxury to experience of being "unclocked” as many of girls had was not even an option (I was just a man in a woman dress!!) are amazing and I am so happy. As a surgeon myself (please don't be annoyed that I am saying this) it is common to have fellows and residents in the OR and 16 days ago I know that during the almost 10 hours of my procedures Dr. Spiegel was not alone and had ST, First Assist and more.....it is normal and standard protocol. Every surgery is different and we as Homo Sapiens react transform and rebuild differently, I know that surgery is not a precise science and I know that we the patient want to be fix at the highest outcome possible....unfortunately is not the truth, so many other factors are playing a role in your transformation and it is not because of a miss dexterity of your surgeon.....(of course malpractice and wrong doing are different beasts) but a combination of many factors. In the case of plastic surgery all is a perception and your life style, genetic and post op care...are a fine tune balance that cannot be abrupted! So, for anyone thinking to undergo to a radical FFS as I did, I wanted to say with all my love and support be prepared! take your time off accordingly lose all your bad habits and think of it as a marathon your need to be physically fit to finish. personally, I prepared myself with a certified dietologist for 1 year prior to my FFS....I reached the goal of an acceptable weight and I physically trained with fitness professional for endurance. But that was me and we are all different. As far as Dr. Spiegel concern: statistically speaking which is data driven and a scientific fact, the covariance of analysis of success for his patients in general is on his favor by far far far at least by compare and contrast to any other surgeons in the world and I invite you to disprove statistically this statement that might be offensive to someone. There is NOT a surgeon in any field of medicine that had cases that at times went bad or not satisfactory to his/her standards (period) There is NOT perfect FFS surgery with 100% satisfaction from anyone doctors in the field and my 2 pennies worth of a sentence as far as concern The far East or overseas surgeries....from a trans sister to my community……girls! you have the freedom to choose and thinking you are saving money of course.....remember that in global recognition of the WHO some of these places you think they are great because they have a nice building and a web site of a dream ARE still consider development Countries by definition and malpractice is not even prosecuted or reported so we don't even know rate of success! Dr. Spiegel was the right Surgeon for me, from our first interviews to my inquiring of the kind of sutures, techniques, roles of his FA and SSI protocols how the circulating nurse interacted and the knowledge of his CRNA Dr. Spiegel was clear right on target with no hesitations….other I personally interviewed (famous names I must say) did not even remembered what type of sutures they uses to close the inside mucosa of my mouth nor the difference between a cutting to tape needle…..GIRLS please…would you go to an auto mechanic to have your car repaired and discover that the mechanic does not even know a difference between a wrench and a hammer????? I waited a long waiting list to be exhausted before I finally got my FFS from Dr. Spiegel. I knew I had made the right decision for these surgeries which lasted close to a 10 hours; Dr. Spiegel worked and reconstruct my entire face in such a way that I am behind happiness and expectation. His knowledge on FFS is by far in within the top of feminization surgeries in the world. As a surgeon myself you need to understand how peculiars were all the interview I conducted from the west to the east and as far as Thailand. Dr. Jeffrey was not only the perfect surgeon but also the most caring to the trans community I have ever experienced. Dr. I was truly impressed with your nice facility and the caring staff and friendly can do attitude and smiles. My patient care Uzma was out of this world and the care she showed was same as family. The responses from everyone at the facility were beautiful and relaxing! You guys at the Spiegel Center are TRULY AMAZING. I love the fact that your bills were on target as agreed with no surprises but most importantly I am writing this note 14 days post op I look amazing very delicate and I have already 3 other majors surgeries at the Spiegel Center this coming June 2021!
