Dr.Jumaily has given me my life back. This is my story:
A little over a year ago, I had partial FFS with a well-known Chicago based surgeon, and to make this short; my face was ruined, almost every single aspect of the surgery was botched. My life was over and had to live like this for at least a year. During that time I consulted with Dr. Jumaily. From the very first time that we spoke we agreed on everything that I needed, he was kind, empathetic, and understood the severity of my case. We met a few more times to check on my face, see if/how things change as I heal(from the previous botched surgery) and I finally had surgery almost exactly a year after the botch job. From the moment I saw my face for the first time I knew I made the right choice, and oh my god- the sense of relief and peace I felt in my heart was overwhelming. Not only was my dysphoria addressed but the poor work from another surgeon was too. I am almost 2 months post op and I’m loving what I see. My nose actually looks like a nose again, and it’s cute! I can see the time, effort, and love he put into my nose. The tip of my nose was a mess and now it’s beautiful. That wasn’t just a rhinoplasty, that was basically reconstructive surgery! He also fixed asymmetries in my lip lift, fixed the scary scar, and even improved the shape and position of my lips / philtrum. My forehead is super cute, so smooth and feminine, and my V line surgery is SNATCHED. I’m excited to see how much better I’m going to look in the coming weeks, I have nothing but good things to say. Dr. Jeffrey Jumaily is a world class surgeon. He’s exceptional in his field, he’s compassionate and he has vision. A killer combo. He’s able to see potential in a face, the diamond waiting to be carved out. Thank you so much Dr.Jumaily, you are my savior.

His incredible staff, but two people in particular really made the experience so easy and almost natural: Nick and Melody! You two are amazing! From the start Nick was by my side coordinating everything, making sure everything went smoothly. He’s also kind, he understands what this journey entails for trans women, and he’s funny haha. Melody, is so sweet, I even cried in the phone with her once. I was so embarrassed but she’s so understanding, and she does quite a lot! From arranging CT scans, to cleaning incisions and guiding you through the process. Absolutely incredible experience having surgery with Dr.Jumaily and his team, thank you Nick, Melody, and the rest of your wonderful staff. You’re changing lives!
