25 year old trans girl - FFS (brow bone reduction, vline jaw+chin reduction/contour, rhinoplasty)

TLDR: 30% satisfied, 25 year old trans girl went in for FFS (brow bone reduction, vline jaw+chin reduction/contour, rhinoplasty). Brow bone went well, vline left my upper jaw pushed back so I’m unable to close canines and left with nasolabial sagging. Rhinoplasty hump reduction was barely touched, Nana tried milking me for rhino revision by first quoting me 3.5m for rib cartilage prior to surgery, then 12m post surgery, down to 8m, then 3.5m after I showed them proof of them changing prices. They refuse to provide CCTV footage.
Operating room was very rushed and dirty, never saw my surgeons in operating room. Communication through TF agency with Nana management has been very inefficient. I do not recommend this clinic nor their partners at all.
