Today is the 6 months mark after my Facial Feminization Surgeries and I am ready to give my final thoughts about my experience at the Spiegel Center.
While being in the road of recovery I remained hopeful and so happy I made the decision to get my FFS with Doctor Spiegel. He listened so carefully to everything I said and he payed close attention to my needs and fears. I didn’t really want a “big” or “agressive” change, I wanted something familiar to me and something that was very specific, and he was able to take care of that and more.
The day of my surgery went effortless, they cleaned my hair afterwards and there was barely any pain whatsoever through my first week of healing. I mentioned to him that there was some discomfort, but off course I expected that, and thank god there was something uncomfortable, otherwise it would have been too strange, lol !!
After 6 months I look effortlessly more feminine... people truly can’t tell I’ve had surgery done but I do feel that they respond more pleasantly to me. Maybe it’s because I feel so much better now that I finally look exactly how I’ve always wanted to look.
Carole, my patient coordinator was truly an Angel ! And what makes me the happiest is that they are a team of incredible professionals. The integrity, work ethic and general environment made me feel seen and taken care of. One of the most inspiring things for me in life is to see people love their work and put that love for it into action.
If I ever need or feel like I want any other procedures done to my face I will definitely return to the Spiegel Center. They love what they do and they definitely love taking care of you.
