Now have bulbous nose, flared nostrils, worse hairline & chin is uneven

It has been six years since my FFS. I went to Dr Z because a friend recommended him. I liked that he was upfront about the surgeries I need to soften my features. My first complaint is my nose. He shaved it so much that I have bulbous nose and my nostrils are flared. It is not proportionate to my face. My hairline is worse than where it started. My chin is uneven. For future reference always do a deep research.
