THIS IS THE BEST DOCTOR IN THE WORLD!

Look no further- if you have issues with any body-face zones- he will resolve... even the impossible cases. I just had my 2nd surgery with Dr. Zukowski and AGAIN he exceeded all my expectations. I had a horrific sky-diving accident 3 yrs ago which left me with NO FACE. I had many reconstructive surgeries and even travelled all over the world looking for the star surgeons. My nose was operated on 4 times before Dr. Z, by the best doctors in the US, Russia and Turkey.... yet, it still was leaning towards one side. I am so happy I found Dr, Zukowski who could finally make my nose look great (I was told it is a lost case as I literally had no nose to reconstruct!).

Besides, he returned all harmony, symmetry and balance to my face so it no longer has an "accident" mark and looks normal and I know it will be very pretty once all swelling goes down.

In addition, Dr. Zukowksi only works with the best staff. His anesthesiologist is out of this world. Prior to this surgery, I had 2 aborted procedures at the UIC (a huge and famous hospital!) because they could not put me to sleep due to my access acid in my stomach. Dr. Zukowski team could do it on 2 occasion!

Dr, Zukowski is also a very versatile professional. In my search for doctors, I realized that most plastic surgeons specialize in 1 thing: like they do nose, breasts, jaw, ect. Dr. Zukowski can do IT ALL! He even gave me a beautiful stomach (we did not discuss that) since he needed to use fat from my body to transfer to my face. He did not just take from anywhere but made sure it only augmented my figure!

I was told I would never be "fixed" and I will be distorted for the rest of my life by MANY MANY doctors all over the world. Dr. Zukowski saved my life and my happiness. He is a MAGICAL doctor and a very good person. He treats you like a family and is over-giving at every step. Plus, he has such calm presence- around him I know all will be well. The whole team- his assistant Cole, Sylvia, Adam and all nursing staff are just one big family for me now, and I am FOREVER grateful to God for sending these angels to my life. THANK YOU SO MUCH1

Dr. Zukowski and his staff are world class. They did my ffs procedure and post op care and were incredible. Every detail is checked over by his skilled staff.

The quality of care I received from Dr. Zukowski is worth noting. From the time I booked an appointment with Cole, (Cole is professional, compassionate, and a truly genuine individual.) He took the time to listen and respond to any questions I had without delay. I cannot say enough great things about Cole. Anything you need, Cole is your liaison as you navigate through your surgical journey. Cole is equally matched with an impeccable support team.

Nurse Carmen, is an exceptionally kind, caring, and overall happy woman. Her desire to serve her patients was evident from the moment I walked in. I was greeted with a smile and her willingness to go above and beyond was appreciated. She made sure throughout my entire experience that I knew what to expect. She was committed to supporting me until the minute I left the office. She was never rushing me, and I felt like I was looked after, not treated and then pushed out the door.

I want to take some time to mention my actual surgical experience. Dr. Zukowski has a fully accredited facility. I chose this option because a hospital just made me feel like there was much too much exposure to other illnesses during the covid situation. His surgical room was tip-top, clean, sterile, and filled with the very best equipment. When I first walked in, I was nervous about the surgery, but EVERYONE in there put me at ease. Dr. Zukowski’s assistant in the OR was welcoming and friendly and I loved him. His overall demeanor was one that made the surgical room inviting, yet there was an extremely professional feel about everyone. You knew he knew what he was doing. I felt like this was a group of people that worked well together and enjoyed their respective jobs. Each person went out of their way to make the surgical experience the best it could be. They were all highly trained to serve the patient throughout the procedure. My nerves relaxed and I just cannot express to you what it means to have a staff that wants you to be comfortable and well informed. The smiles on each face made the difference.

And then the team went into gear, and everyone got down to the business of cosmetic surgery. My anesthesiologist was a wonderful, smart, and efficient woman. I cannot thank her enough; I do not remember a thing. :) My pain was managed, and I woke up without incident. After the surgery, I was attended to every second. No one left my side. Milena and Carmen helped care for me until I walked out of the office. If I had a question, wanted a sip of water, or a piece of cracker someone was attending to it. My pain level was always managed. THANK YOU ALL! Milena sat by my bedside and always had a friendly smile.

The paperwork is extensive, and I found this to be very important. The aftercare instructions, payment options, pictures, health records, and ways to care for yourself at home went beyond my expectations. I never felt like I was uninformed. Thank you Michele for sending all the information!

Fast forward, I just had my first check-up and I look great. Adam welcomed me at the door with the proper covid protocols. Adam is just a kindhearted individual and was prepared for you the minute you walked in. The areas of concern I had on my body before surgery was expertly handled by Dr. Zukowski. He has given me a beautiful shape again. His liposuction work and his ability to contour is exceptional. My pain and aftercare is still well managed. My only regret is that I did opt for the aftercare with his private nursing/care option. My family did well as they navigated the post-op care at home, but next time I will do the post-op care with Milena. She wore a bright smile and was very professional. She knew exactly what to do. I went home with my family knowing the surgical team and support system were at the top of their game from the moment I walked in until I left.

If you are wondering how you can reach Dr. Zukowski after hours, he provides his cell number and responds quickly. No calls centers and waiting for a return call. He did not make me feel like I was bothering him. He was very detailed on how to handle a particular situation. I followed his instructions and quickly moved past the issue I encountered.

Would I do it all over again, a resounding YES! I am pleased to extend my highest recommendation to Dr. Zukowski and his team. I am grateful to have been in their care!

Dr. Z did my FFS. I am very pleased with his work and the Wilmette experience. We stayed at the Staybridge and the first time I even brought my cats (who Dr. Z petted). Dr. Z began his career putting American soldiers back together after battle wounds. He has been doing FFS for a long time now and has years of experience. Back when I started there was only Dr. Z and one other doc doing FFS. I knew I wanted to go to Dr. Z preferring his work and endoscpic approach. The other thing I like about Dr, Z is that he is routinely aggressive in pursuing feminization, and I wanted that kind of surgery.
With regard to my procedures, my first stay I got lower face work (mandable shave, nose job, face lift and some fat grafting). My second stay a couple of years later I got my forehead shaved, and tightened up the face lift with some fat grafting. I was supposed to get the second half done in 2017, but I ended up with a infection under my nose apparently related to my borderline and eventual type 2 diabetes. Dr. Z was kind enough to not penalize me, even though we had to cancel and reschedule. Dr. Z is a stand up guy.
With regard to doing FFS, be sure that you anticipate the amount of time it takes for medical clearances and appointments. I did a better job with this the first surgery as I was off from work and had more time to keep up with the clearances. The second time I was working at a busy time of the year, and it was difficult to coordinate my docs. Dr. Z’s assistant Cole is amazing and a great help guiding you through the process.
If you do go with Dr. Z, use the Staybridge (you get a discount and they actually serve basic meals a couple of times per week) and get the Suite with 1 bedroom. If you can, bring someone with you because you always need something. (They can hang in the living room while you recover.) Plus you will need help for the first few days. (Recovery is more ucomfortable than extreme pain, but I took pain meds as directed.). If you can’t find anyone to go with you, Dr. Z has nurses for hire. I remember meeting Nurse Lisa and she is really nice.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Zukowski. To give some background, I had brow bossing/brow lift done by another doctor first. While I personally liked the other doctor and had some improvement, it was not as good as I would have liked. In addition, the downside from the first surgery was a long forehead scar which I eventually had to pay a lot of money to get a hair transplant to cover up. I also had significant hair loss. After a couple years passed, I contacted Dr. Zukowski to see if further improvements could be made. He used an endoscopic brow bossing/brow lift technique (no scar -- no hair loss ) which was wonderful! I think everyone considering a brow lift should investigate Dr. Zukowski. I wish that I would have found him before I had my first surgery. He is not the flashy dressed in a suite type of plastic surgeon. I have to admit, he can be a bit intimidating. However, his endoscopic technique is fantastic!

I am 42 and wanted to look a bit younger, I was bothered by lines/wrinkles on my forehead and a bit of eye droop. I had an endoscopic brow lift three weeks ago and am very pleased with the results so far. The doctor shaved a bit of bone off my brow to improve the look of my eyes, which were deep-set. And, he included a fat transfer to add some fullness to my lips and erase laugh lines. I'm still a bit swollen, but each day I look better and better.

My forehead is smooth, and my eyes look brighter and more rested. The fat transfer was a bit uneven--the upper lip looks great but it's larger than the lower. I'm going to wait and see if the swelling on the top lip goes down on its own, and if it doesn't, I'll just get more filler for the lower lip to even it out.

Overall, I am very happy I had this done and have no regrets. The pain wasn't as bad as I expected, although I looked like I'd been beaten with a baseball bat for a week afterward.

My experience with Zukowski is an expensive revision with a new doctor. I’ve been very embarrassed and was not planning on making posts regarding these issues but it is something I’ve spent months feeling depressed and disheartened by.

This was the worst experience of my life..

First off let me start off by saying he is an amazing salesman.. the best really.. he sells you the dream and delivers you a nightmare..
The only positive thing about his office is his office Manager Cole.. He is pleasant and patient..

With Dr ZUKOWSKI I spent Almost 35,000$ for surgery.. This didn’t include hotel and flight. This was supposedly with a military spouse discount.
I was to get a rhino, lip lift, full face lift, chin implant, fat grafting, brow lift and the list goes on. What I ended up with was a scarred up face from the face lift which isn’t a face lift .. he does not do deep plane he tightens the skin only and left scars in front of my ears in front of my hair line etc.. he put a terrible incision underneath my chin that has proven to be a nightmare for my current revisions. My chin implant was crooked and had to be removed. My earlobes and behind my ears were so scarred up and my lip lift incision was a nightmare. My nose was rediculous nostrils going in two different directions the tip bulbous and crooked..Needless to say he tried to blame me for all of the scarring and healing of the nose for not doing these rediculous torturous massages he insisted be done which I did do them and he said I was lieing . I went six months later for revisions on all of these things and it only made it worse. I posted once on fb about my reviews and he called me and asked me to remove the post. I removed the post at the time until I had more work done from other drs to correct so that I could indeed be certain that it wasn’t just my skin type as he was claiming and it was just bad work. I have spent twice as much having things revised. I wish I had done my research prior to going to him. I didn’t know much about ffs drs. I was excited to transition and went for it. Do your research on him here, google. Fb ffs groups.. He will threaten to expose

It has been six years since my FFS. I went to Dr Z because a friend recommended him. I liked that he was upfront about the surgeries I need to soften my features. My first complaint is my nose. He shaved it so much that I have bulbous nose and my nostrils are flared. It is not proportionate to my face. My hairline is worse than where it started. My chin is uneven. For future reference always do a deep research.

I'm leaving this review in hopes that I can save at least one girl. I had my chin shaved, a lip lift, fat grafting, and a rhinoplasty. My life has drastically changed, I don't get hungry, all my hopes and dreams have been destroyed. I saw some negative reviews before but I thought I would be different, considering some of the great results I'd seen on his website and reviews I had seen on Reddit. I made a catastrophic mistake, and my transition has been set back. I now have to have a revision to fix this nose, if I can even call it that.
