So happy with my transgender facial feminization surgeries with Dr. Spiegel! This photo is before my recent lip lift and augmentation using my own skin. LIterally four days after surgery, still in stitches and swollen I got hit on at the grocery store! My confidence is improving dramatically. I actually didn't need any post-surgery narcotics for pain, just Tylenol and Advil, icing, Neosporin and lots of rest. I was able to walk a few blocks day one, a half mile day two and a full mile day four. Everyone at the Spiegel Center was super nice and Carol and I are great buddies. She really cares.

Wonderful experience! I had facial feminization surgery with Dr. Spiegel and I look beautiful! It's truly a miracle. I never thought I would or could look this feminine and attractive. I literally look in the mirror and gasp at how pretty I look. Amazingly each month after surgery passes I look better and better, more and more feminine and more and more attractive. Dr. Spiegel's team was incredibly supportive and kind and I plan to do more procedures with them over the summer and will definitely keep doing so.
