WORTH IT
Spiegel is an absolutely amazing surgeon. His bedside mannor is wonderful, his staff are amazing people, and his attention to detail and quality of his work is incredible. He is like a renaissance artist, only instead of painting a picture he makes beautiful faces instead. You definately get what you pay for at this place. I'm still healing from my surgery so I'm going to have to check back later and edit this review, but I am already impressed with the initial results as my brow ridge that has bothered me for quite some time now is completely gone and that has helped alleviate some of my dysphoria. Transitioning from male to female is not a pleasant process, but I couldn't have asked for a better team of people to participate in this surgical phase of my journey.

Update 3/28/2024: It's been almost a year now since I had my facial feminization surgery and I absolutely still stand by my initial comment. I had to come back in fact to add more onto this review. This surgery nearly cured my gender dysphoria. The final results are stunning. I'm extremely passable now, have been admired by more than a few people, and even my friends tell me they couldn't tell the difference now between me and a cis gendered female. I went from being agorophobic (staying in my house nearly all the time), to having the confidence to go outside and live my life again after having this surgery. Big big big thanks to everyone at the Spiegel center! I feel like I have a second chance at life now.
