May because I'm slim, the liposuction improvement wasn't very noticeable, but the skin tightening definitely was. On my face, the fat transfer survived beautifully, and it really perfected my facial contour. As for the lower eyelid procedure, It noticeably smoothes my lower eye area. I couldn't be happier!
