Review- lingering black eye.
Everything is going great with my recovery. 2 months post op and I don’t feel any of the lingering swelling anymore, but I will feel a bit puffed when I have some wine or a drink.
The only thing I’m a little concerned about is a black eye that hasn’t healed. It’s not deeper than the other side, but darker due to a blood vessel that was broken during surgery. Overall completely worth it, even if I always had this going forward I would still choose this surgery again in a heartbeat. I do NOT regret it at all, one of the best decisions of my life. I would be very happy though if it healed to the color of the other side.

Facial Fat Grafting
The reason I chose facial fat grafting is because of the downsides and costs involved with trying to use filler for overall fat atrophy of the face. Refilling my face and under eyes specifically was absolutely the best choice for me. After hormonal imbalance/thyroid issues/PCOS and ovarian cyst ruptures... I was finally recovered and balanced. Except my face lost sooo much fat from this medical condition. I was confident I was ready to get back to how I looked prior to the medical problems. and Thank the plastic surgery gods for Dr. Rohrich, he's truly a master at his work and I'm so happy I trusted him.
