Full facial fat transfer for heart shape look & under eyes for rejuvenation

I would highly recommend Dr. Neavin for fat transfer! I'm extremely happy with the results and the professionalism/care pre and post op. Dr Neavin performed fat transfer to the full face to give it a more heart shaped look and under the eye to rejuvenate my appearance. He also did liposuction to the neck.

Prior to this procedure, I had a fat transfer in Germany, performed by a highly rated and experienced surgeon; however, my main concern was the under eye area, which is prone to lumpiness, and for this reason my surgeon was not willing to perform the fat transfer to this area, especially since he had experienced these outcomes multiple times before. During my consultation with Dr. Neavin he was upfront about these risks but explained he has never experienced the same outcome in his career and offered to correct the results if the lumpiness occurred.

After extensive research and consultations with multiple surgeons, I felt comfortable that Dr. Neavin is a leader in this field and appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He performed the surgery approx. six month ago. The results look great and there is no appearance of lumpiness under the eye. Dr, heaven has also offered to do any touchups when I'm comfortable that the results are final, which can take up to a year. Michelle, his assistant was really knowledgeable and friendly, too, answering questions along the way and checking up on me post op.
