Fat Transfer to Hands and Nano Fat to Face

I had fat transfer to hands. I had a laser treatment to hands a few years ago to improve texture, different doctor. My hands looked wrinkled and sun damaged. Since my 30s my hands look like an 80 year old. I believe the end result from the laser was fat loss to my hands. My hands now looked thin with bad texture!!! I had 3ml placed in each hand. I don't not know how the doctor gauges the amount. I did not ask if she does this on an individual basis or its the same amount for everyone. Although there was a definite improvement, I think there could have been just a little bit more added for a better result. I brought up that concern at the follow-up but she convinced me it was enough. I am glad I did it. Looks so much better, but still wish it had been a little bit more. The texture didn't really change was hoping the stem cells would work their magic but didn't. I also had nano fat injected into my face on both sides, forehead was not included. This is more of a liquidy form of fat. Initially I think my skin look brighter but the end result was so subtle I really don't think it was worth it for the cost. I think it was a waste of money.
