Old Photo For Comparison
WORTH IT$21,695
Here is a scanned in photo take when I was 22 in college - that way you can compare my 1 year photo with this one and see how it appears to have take many many years off of my face! My face is plumper at 22, but honestly I don't mind that it isn't so plump now. I didn't even remember it looked this plump till I dug this up for this post.

1 Year Out
It is now a year since all the procedures and so very worth it. I feel, personally, that it looks like he took 17 years off my face. I am now 45 and when I look at my face it looks like it did when I was 28 - no joke. It is amazing. All my crows feet are gone and my face is plump and smooth. The skin glows. I am very happy, so happy I stopped dying my hair and I am going to let it grow out - a little bit of white hair now isn't going to age me, not with this face!
Here is a picture of me, with a little bit of pink lipstick on and some mascara - no foundation, no powders, no blush, it just isn't necessary. I cannot recommend my doctor enough - his work is excellent.

You look beautiful. Can you share the price?
It's listed on the post at the top. I had multiple things done at the same time as I've detailed in other comments lower down on the post.
omg I also have a chubby face people say its cute but i'm convinced otherwise and i was considering this. Thank you sooooooo much for the photos dear. they are tremendously helpful. <3
How is your Melasma now?
It is definitely better but it is still there, but only faint now. I wear sunscreen religiously and I don't actually spend that much time outside - but the part is mostly because I have to do a lot of inside stuff, not because I shun the outdoors.
As of right now, there is no true cure for melasma. Which is unfortunate as those of us that have it, generally speaking and personally speaking, hate it.
Wow, you look absolutely amazing! I definitely need to go get a consult with Dr. Bensimon. Thank you so much for your reviews and pictures! It's so helpful to others trying make such a big decision.
you look fabulous!

2 months out - photos
I didn't post photos at first because I didn't have my copy of the before photos and because I wanted to show a good comparison for before and after. Since this is only 2 months post op I expect even better results by the 6 month mark. I am only posting before and after of my face (doctor photos compared to my photos at 2 months) - not my stomach or thighs, because I think it will be too hard to get good photos for comparison of those areas by myself. I can do that in another 3 months when I get post op 6 month photos taken by the doctor. Ignore the hair, I am changing the color. I am not wearing makeup in any photos and no filters are used.

also I didn't post pictures of my hands because I don't have the before pictures yet.
You look great! Congratulations on your wonderful results. I've had two facial fat transfers and none of mine lasted more than a few weeks to a month. I wish my results had the looks and longevity yours do.
Thank you. That is too bad it hasn't worked out for you. I know results can vary for different reasons. Of course I am not a doctor but it couldn't hurt to have a consultation with Dr. Bensimon, just to see what he has to say. His techniques and tools are special - he has done a lot of research and work in this type of cosmetic surgery. His practice has a wholistic approach to surgery and I think it makes a difference. Of course if you don't feel like this is an option for you anymore I can understand that feeling too.
Thank you for the kind words. The two surgeons I visited were highly regarded and specialized in fat transfer. The one good thing is I didn't experience any complications from either procedure that I know of. The first one cost close to $10k and the second one was $3900. With fat transfer the results are as you said highly variable. Harvesting using small canulas and processing with centrifuge along with reinjection using small canulas is pretty standard and there's really not much deviation with how fat transfer is generally performed. The only other thing that can be offered is PRP which the Koreans use exclusively with their fat transfers to help promote survival of the grafted fat. Studies with regards to PRP and fat transfer here in the states say there is no benefit. If I do it again I plan on doing it in either South Korea or Sweden where the average cost is 2k. The surgeons in South Korea perform fat transfer more frequently then the ones here in the U.S. and seem to have fairly consistent results. Although I love your results with Dr. Bensiom and am very happy for you I do think his prices are probably going to be steeper then what ive found in South Korea and Sweden. I also noticed he only has 3 photos of fat transfer patients on his website. The website also states a disclaimer under those 3 photos that says "Individual results are not guaranteed and may vary from person to person. Images may contain models." The last portion where it states "Images may contain models" is a bit disconcerting. The photos could be other fat transfer patients and not necessarily his. The price + little photos he has + the fact the photos may not even be his patients me being a bit leery of him. That is why i'm very thankful to you for posting your photos and I wish you continued success with your procedure and happiness.
You look amazing at 2 months post op. Thank you for posting as I am 2 months post op. I was wondering at this point, did you still have a lot of tightness in your neck? My neck is still so tight, hard to tilt my head up, like a belt is still attached. I can look right and left, just not up. And, are you ears still numb and feel uncomfortable to sleep on?
