I'm not happy with my results

Hello Toni, I first would like to share that we are disappointed that you did not achieve the results you wished for with your laser treatment and fat grafting. I personally am even more disappointed that you missed your scheduled follow up appointments with us. Specifically you had an appointment in late May of this year (2 1/2 months after your procedure, which is our standard protocol). At this time we would have reviewed together your results and see if there were any particular issues that needed to be addressed. Additionally, this combo treatment does take the longest to "get to the finish line" as far as final result. Instead, you took it upon yourself to miss your appointments and then post a subpar review. I feel most of our RealSelf community members are well educated and would agree that you failed as a patient by not giving us an opportunity to see you after treatment to determine if we could address your needs. Posting a poor review without giving me an opportunity to assist you speaks for itself and your character as a patient. Dr. Lanfranchi
