70 years nano fat mini facelift with Dr. Norman Waterhouse London

It is now 5 years since my last facial procedure and as I am soon to be 70 I booked a consultation with Norman Waterhouse at his new rooms in South Kensington 4weeks ago.
For me personally I like to get my face ‘fixed ‘ every 5 /6 years or so rather than having high maintenance Botox or fillers but that’s just my own preference
After a lengthy discussion with Mr Waterhouse On the various options available at present I decided on a mini facelift with nanofat transfer which a friend who lives in Capetown had recently with very good results
I checked into the Wellington Hospital on 19 th February 2019 for an overnight stay
The operation went well and I can honestly say I wasn’t in any pain at all just some discomfort sleeping sitting up in bed
Home in a taxi with my meds to rest and now the photo results will speak for themselves

I had my first facelift with Dr Waterhouse 26 years ago and have always considered myself very fortunate to have found him when I did
Since then I have returned to him over the years for various facial procedures including laser and a chemical peel and a facelift 5 years ago
I like the natural look he is able to achieve and have always been extremely happy with his honesty on what to expect afterwards
My daughter who is now 50 has also had a few minor procedures by him and will certainly go to Norman if and when she feels she needs a facelift etc
I have always considered him to be the best in his field and can’t praise his work and ethics enough
Also thanks to his PA Karen and his new nurse Karen for their support and genuine caring attitude and I would like to wish Nurse Hoppy a very well earned and happy retirement
I will continue to update photos of my facial journal and hope that my reviews help anyone out there considering surgery
You are never too old and I think I am living proof of that

My daughter and friends are all amazed at the wonderful results of my surgery and how quickly my recovery has been .
I would like to say that I did everything Dr Waterhouse advised before my surgery.
I took Arnica 6 tablets for a week before and continued after with Arnica cream on my face night and morning. I am also using Heal cream which Dr Waterhouse and other surgeons developed some years ago. i also kept witch hazel diluted 50% with water in my fridge and dabbed it on my face frequently in the first week .
