Red Flags

this doctor is not concerned with symmetry or taking time with technique, just cares about getting your money and getting u out the door before u realize ur mistake in trusting them.

not only are they way too overpriced with every service they offer, (ive been to plenty other places, they charge 2x more here for a poor performance)

there is either a lack of communication about what you paid for/scheduled, or the doctor will really try to get away with doing a little as possible.

the procedures i received felt rushed, and half assed. i paid for facetite AND necktite, morpheus to the face AND neck, and a lateral brow lift as well.

so he does the necktite, (with little care for if there was proper lubrication at the point of insertion, literally so much friction a fire was starting on my poor skin) then moves on to the brow lift with very little time spent on symmetry or talking me thru the process, just slicing and burning and pulling, with the help of a medical assistant?! yikes.

at one point a blood vessel is hit there is blood squirting im starting to feel a lot of pain, i let him know and he pretty much says nothing to assure me that im ok (i ended up with major swelling/hematoma/blackeye)

then he moves on to the morpheus which he rushes thru not even going over my entire face, he missed so many patches of skin and completely skipped my forehead (is the forehead not part of the FACE?!) there was no aftercare done, not even a cream to soothe my skin (ive had morpheus done several times to my face neck and chest i know how this is supposed to go)

so after the doctor finishes with me and tells me im done. (in my mind im going over what i paid for vs what was actually completed)

i asked if i could get some kind of cream for my burning skin and he leaves the room.

at this point i start to get really sad because i know ive just been totally ripped off and taken advantage of.

eleanor the care coordinator comes in with a serum and tells me i will be charged $58 for it, and that is when i ask her why i paid for necktite AND facetite and only received necktite, then she gaslights me asking if im sure that i paid for both!!! WHAT?!

like unfortunately yea, i did and now i need a refund for the services that were not performed. but this is not a place that will ever give u money back , so the doc comes back with his medical assistant and proceeds to perform facetite with the same rushed and rigorous technique and my feeling of hopelessness takes over and i just cannot wait to leave.

i should have known better than to come here, i had a bad experience here before with the doctors’ wife insulting me to my face about my previous profession. and ive read thru the reviews and naively thought maybe my case would be different. now im out $20k and am having major buyers remorse. GO ELSEWHERE
