Honestly any good and decent doctor should have told you there is too much loose skin to have any dramatic results. I can’t believe yours didn’t convey that point to you. Once the skin is that lax, surgical removal is the only solution. We can’t be lead to believe that a procedure is going to reverse on any level the sagging of your neck. Logically thinking, where do we suppose that skin will go?!
I agree with the above comment. Your doctor should have explained to you as the patient who would be the best candidate for successful results from this procedure. I am not a doctor, but it certainly looks like the “gold standards” of a lower neck lift and or a “MADE” lower face lift and liposuction may have given you better results. I consulted with 5 different top plastic surgeons before settling on my procedure. Not all procedure will work on everyone. Unfortunately, some Doctors are too quick to use the latest tech without enough direct experience of whether it works on all issues. The surgeon I selected actually teaches other doctors on this machine and has experience with 100’s if not 1000’s of patients. Best of luck to you!! Thank you for sharing.

I am sorry this happened as well. But thank you for making the public aware. I was planning on a consultation with her for same . I will no longer consider her.
Ty for commenting on my neck. I do see a difference on MY neck but not what I thought considering it’s Lipo and that laser inside the neck generating collagen although at this point I’m about 5 weeks post op. (Necktite). Did your doctor not do enough Lipo? You’re right I’m sorry to say about your neck. It should look better than that. She should refund you. Sue her in small claims court.
Yes, your neck looks considerably improved. Mine did too, until I healed, then it slowly went right back. I took pix every month that shows this progression, back to my "before" pix. Dr Hernandez said this procedure would remove fat AND tighten my skin. She also put in writing that the final result won't be seen until 12 months. Which she later denied stating but I have it in writing from her office. By The time I files a dispute with the credit card company, they said too much time went by, for to get my money back. Other Drs suggest perhaps she didn't use a "high enough heat" or "setting". SHE stated I was good candidate for FaceTite. I have filed numerous complaints and reviews, simply because she refused to admit that I had NO improvement OR even offer an alternative for me.
I have considered small claims but wasn't sure if I could do so, against a Dr.

263 views on my YELP review!

Nothing has improved although Drs. Office vm, suggested I come in to the office is so that “they could show me what improvements I received”.
I look at my face every day and there is no improvement. I don’t need somebody to tell me or point out some minuscule tiny little change.

I'm sorry you're unhappy about all this. Gisselle should not have asked you to come in so THEY could show you. She should have asked you to come in and discuss your concerns. I did thermage over a decade ago and it did absolutely nothing. My doctor agreed and offered 20% off any other procedure I want. That doesn't really make it right. I'm not doing any laser type procedures anymore. Maybe they work for other people, but not me.

Response to my email from Dr.

Today I called my voicemail because sometimes I get messages on there that I have no idea are there. In all fairness, I DID receive a phone call from Giselle with Dr. Hernandez‘s office, offering to see me and show me what improvements I received. Well, that would be the problem is that I did not receive any improvements. I’m considering contacting their office for a follow up.

If they have to point it out to you then there is no improvement.
You should be able to see it. There should be a noticeable difference. So sorry.
