What Goes Up, Must Come Down!

Dr. Rosenberg is extremely talented. I had a facelift 18 years ago, at 50. I went back recently and was told that the price had risen to 70k and I had to put the money down that afternoon. I was SHOCKED I made an appointment and said I would call the next day. When I called, I was told that my appt. was given to someone else who was willing to pay on the spot and that I had a 'soft' appointment. As a returning client, I would expect more courtesy and time to consider such a major purchase.
There are too many great surgeons in this area to deal with this type of behavior. (I called the TV surgeon in California and they were quite nice and considerate). There is no excuse for this!
