Thought I'd Made Myself Clear...
I have autism. I went for an initial consultation with a comprehensive list and a specific request. I thought I'd been heard and understood. The result is not what I was led to believe I would get and I'm unhappy with how I look and annoyed that I've paid so much with such a questionable result. I requested the initial consultation notes and was dismayed and extremely surprised to read that the specific reason for my consultation had not been noted. This has led to a 'generalised' facelift rather than surgery tackling the specific area of concern. I would suggest that future patients get all consultations in writing as I sincerely wish I had done. I'm now looking at further surgery to address my issue. Also the 'before' photos have been lost which does not inspire confidence that the surgeon has my best interests at the heart of his practice. I feel that the whole experience has been underwhelming and I have not received what I have paid a significant amount of money for.
