Underwhelmed, still see laxity & 2 of my scars look bad

So so so unhappy

pippa212
It’s now been 8 months. All swelling is gone. I still have jowls and an obvious scar on one side. And under my nose. I’m so angry for going to him. If anyone is on the fence, don’t go to him. You will be very disappointed unless you are the one he uses for social media. He’s a hack

Terrible scarring

pippa212
I am now three months out, and my scaring is terrible. I'm not the only one who experienced this from Dr Karam. He will tell you each side heals differently, people heal differently, give it time. The fact is he made two of my scars very wide and they will never go away. The whole point of going to him was to have a natural result so nobody knows. Well, when you have an ugly scar down the side of your face (several other women contacted me with the same problem), it's pretty obvious I had a "vertical lift".. Do not go to him. You will be sorry.

Underwhelmed

pippa212
Underwhelmed by my results considering what I paid and therefore expected. Now that the swelling is going down I still see laxity in my skin and two of my scars look bad. Don’t see how they won’t be noticeable. For what he charges it should have been perfect.

150 k for CO2 razor Vertical restore and fat transfer upper and lower bluf and lip lift and all done horribly. Be aware. Just because you pay lots of money doest mean it is good job. I am speaking from my own experience.

I agree. Try getting his time to discuss. Not going to happen. The answer is always “everyone heals differently”. I don’t know how I’m going to hide the scars. Did you have laser or anything?

Totally agree. I feel like I’ve been butchered. How I allowed myself to get sucked into his deception is beyond me. But I am going to either have revision surgery for them or laser and tattoo. I can’t live with these scars. I’ve already resigned myself yo the fact that he’s not going to help.

Funny how so many magical reviews happened after the posts (myself included) where patients spend exorbitant amounts to end up looking the same as pre-op and so many of us with visible scars. Mine on both sides of my hairline, below my nose, and forehead.... Hope you're improving with yours...

For those with white hypo-pigmented scars, camouflage tattoo works wonders. I have not had a face lift but I've had many surgeries on my stomach to fix a botched job and I scar white. Now I've gotten several sessions of tattooing it blends in so well with my surrounding skin. Highly recommend finding an artist that specializes in camouflage tattoo.

Thanks for the advice. I will be searching for one as soon as the redness is gone

I am in utter shock to hear this. I truly believed he was the one who could be trusted 100%. So sorry you're having this unfortunate result. Perhaps all women need to say they will be posting their surgery journeys on social media.
