My goal was to look younger naturally - Dr. Hyans did a great job

Before my surgery, I was wary of my upcoming lower facelift and neck lift, concerned that it would look drastic and artificial. My goal was to look younger naturally, not tightly stretched nor like a 'skull on a stick'. Dr. Hyans listened to my concerns when I said "less is more" and the results are exactly what I was hoping for! Not only did Dr. Hyans respect my wishes, he has an amazing, caring, professional team that have been responsive, helpful and very patient with all my questions. My husband is delighted and says I look terrific and totally natural. My turkey neck is gone but not unnaturally so. My friend was my inspiration. She is Dr Hyans' patient and looks fabulous and totally natural after several procedures (eyes, face, breast lift). Only she and my hairdresser know my secret. I've been told by several people I look really good. An acquaintance asked me if I was 70 yet (I'm 77), and the ultimate compliment came from my hairdresser, seeing me following my surgery for the first time.
