I had a lower face lift and lower eye blepharoplasty with Dr Pontell and he was absolutely fabulous. Pre-care and post care was top-notch. He even gives you his cell number to call him anytime and responds so promptly. He and all of his staff are so professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and accommodating. The actual surgery went very smooth. I got some CO2 laser treatment around my mouth and that was actually the worst part. I was surprised at how little pain I felt. You can not even see the incisions that he made and at 61, I feel like I look 50 again! I just look like myself but younger! After the swelling went down, people closest to me could not tell that I had work done, but everyone comments on how great I’ve been looking. Dr Pontell is meticulous about everything and quite the artist. Now, when I look in the mirror, I just go about my day instead of critiquing my aging face. It’s a great feeling and was completely worth it. I have friends who’ve gotten the same thing done and have horror stories and terrible healing, so I am so grateful that after doing much research, I went with Dr Pontell.
