Sandi Knox was very professional, loving, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. She never made me feel I was a burden even though I had some personal complications. Dr Timothy Miller is a very skilled, double board certified surgeon. He walked me through the options in a no nonsense way and answered all my questions prior to the surgery. When I had issues, he was available and addressed all my concerns. The results are amazing. Before the procedure, I was starting to notice neck skin laxity and overall skin dullness.
