So Grateful to Have Found Dr. Yanez!

I had never done anything like this before and was very nervous about the prospect of going to Mexico (non-Spanish speaker here), the surgery, the results, recovery, etc. Nicolas was amazing. He gave me the names and telephone number of some past patients who had the same procedure as I was considering (full facelift, upper eyelid, fat transfer to nasolabial folds, mechanical peel). The women I spoke with were happy to chat and very forthcoming, singing the praises of Dr. Yanez's work. That was very reassuring. My decision had been made!

My husband and I flew into San Diego and Nicolas picked us up at the airport and dropped us at our hotel. He was very attentive and supportive, answering all our questions and addressing our concerns. Everything went smoothly, the staff is wonderful. Nicolas checked in with us daily as I convalesced for a week and then drove us back to the airport.

I am a month out now and am so pleased with the results! My level of self-confidence is through the roof. I had been self-conscious about my saggy neck and jaw line for years. As others have said, my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Dr. Yanez's work is amazing. Cannot recommend enough.
