Very Disappointed with my Choice of Doctor

I find it hard to review Dr Sameer Karkhanis, especially as he gives the impression of having overall good ethics and the staff is kind, although not professional. His reviewers seem happy and his scores are very high, but I believe this is an illusion, as I know many people, like me, are very unhappy with their results, with the state of the clinic and with the doctor’s attitude especially post operation.
I think it is wrong to omit the truth. I am not the least happy with my results, and I have been to the clinic twice; first time to have a revision facelift and a breast lift, and the second time to revise the numerous scars and mistakes I was left with after the work Dr Sameer Karkhanis did. The price I paid was high by any standards; In the end I paid almost as much as I would have paid in the south of France, where I live. I want to point out several things.
First of all the facility, when you came from a developed country, even if you have -as I have- lived in India this is a major shock. The location, the state of the place, the dirt and the lack of hygiene are more than shocking, it makes you want to turn around…so very bad.
Second, the lack of consistency in the prices, when you have already agreed on a high price and then something or other increases your bill, where payment is concerned, they have no ethics at all.
Third, there is a lack of communication, as a patient you are not informed about anything that will happen, how it is going to be and what you should expect. There is no point in asking, as no one can explain. The nurses, although really sweet, are not capable of explaining much, and I’m not talking about their language skills here.
I question that Dr Karkhanis is capable of doing what his trade requires to make my face harmonious by fixing small details, as I was promised prior to booking my surgery.
I did not get what I was promised and I am very disappointed with the doctor and with the patients that omitted the problems of choosing Dr Sameer Karkhanis. I also feel ripped off as I paid for things I did not get fixed:
The revision facelift did not make a major improvement and did not fix my ears.
I had a rhinoplasty, but my nose looks practically the same with a lump.
I had two lip lifts to make the philtrum shorter and symmetrical, it is still too long and asymmetrical, and the scar is too low and therefore very visible.
I asked for a forehead lift: he said he could not do it.
I asked for a breast lift with breast reduction: after two surgeries I am left with no reduction, asymmetrical results and badly placed scars.
In summary the lack of fine skills and the consistent asymmetries of his work make this doctor an unreliable choice for plastic surgery.
The community needs real honest advice and reviews. I wanted the best possible result when I spent my hard-earned money, but instead I got a bad one.
