Phenomenal. I had a full facelift and the results are pretty stunning but also incredibly natural. He says I look 20 years younger - which may be a bit generous but I'll take it. His office staff are wonderful. Dr. Karimi is a perfectionist and takes great care to do it right. I had forgotten that I shouldn't take advil right before surgery and he insisted we reschedule to make sure that I didn't have excessive bleeding post procedure. And he worked me into the schedule for the next week - the nomal wait for surgery can be months. Although I was disappointed it spoke to how seriously he takes recovery. My recovery was as I expected - and I was going out two weeks afterward, which was remarkable. Also shout out to Michelle, who works with him. She's also wonderful. It's expensive, but if you have the resources he's worth every penny.
