Very poor result. Zero improvement in my face and neck

I had a face lift (rhytidectomy ) and upper and lower Blepharoplasty in December of 2012 for a whole whopping $19,000 at the age of 56. This did not include fat transfer. I had no improvement other than horrible pain. I ended up with a pucker in one of my upper eye lids and zero improvement in my face and neck. Basically you could not tell that I had anything done other than the pain from the procedure and less money in my bank account. Dr. Toft says he doesn't like the "pulled tight" or operated look. Well in my opinion he over charges and does very little to make sure you have to keep coming back. When I complained about the results, he was arrogant and dismissive. He claimed I looked good. 

When it came to my eyelids still being heavy on the top lids, he stated that I could correct that with Botox. So I just spent $19,000 and I am going to have to get Botox to correct what he didn't do with surgery. Do not use this doctor. He is also just an ENT and that is why he can only do the face. He is not a board certified plastic surgeon. So now I did things right. I got a referral based on someone that had great results and went to that doctor. He is wonderful. I had the same procedure December 2021, and WOW what a difference and fantastic result. I looked alot worse because I am now 9 years older with basically not having any good result before. So it was like going in never having anything done. Now I know what it is to have a great result from a board certified plastic surgeon! This doctor also has a wonderful bedside manner and is not arrogant at all. He also showed many photos of before and after results with his patients and Dr. Toft said he did not have any pictures due to privacy concerns. 

I am just now posting this review, because using a truly talented doctor and getting the result I did, shows me all the more how bad Dr. Toft is. I wish I had done my research the first time. I also had no pain this time around and I almost didn't do the procedure because of the horrible pain I had last time and the fear from that. I also paid the same amount this time for more as I had fat transfer as well and it's 9 years later. Toft is expensive, arrogant, and no good.
