Very Pleased with the Outcome of my Facelift by William Townley

The righthand side of my face has been paralysed since 2012, leading to a number of problems including a great lack of symmetry, plus one side of my mouth having almost no lips. Looking like this made me incredibly self conscious. I hated looking at myself in the mirror and hated having my photo taken.

Finding Mr Townley was an incredible stroke of luck. From our first meeting he inspired confidence in his abilities to improve the symmetry and bring more balance to my face. I was concerned that I’d end up looking “artificial” and that it would be very obvious that I’d had a facelift. Mr Townley assured me that the effect of surgery would be to make me look “fresher”. And it has. No one who didn’t know that I was having surgery has guessed that I’ve had a facelift!

I can now look at myself in the mirror and I like what I see. Others looking at me wouldn’t know that one side of my face doesn’t work (until I smile or laugh) and people say how well I look. I’ve finally got lips back again and can enjoy wearing makeup. And I feel so much more self confident now.

I’ve found Mr Townley to be a kind, caring and very approachable person, both professional and competent. I’m very pleased with my “new” face and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Mr Townley again if I felt I needed further surgery.
