Consultation review: The Plastic Surgeon's, Plastic Surgeon.

Dr. Jacono's results are truly amazing as shown on his Instagram page. Unfortunately on this site (RS), most reviewers will not post pictures or disclose pricing even with repeated requests in the comments. More frustrating, whenever I PM some patients for pricing, I get no responses. This makes this site then quite useless and does no service for RS researchers. His office is great in the fact they are very upfront with you during the initial phone inquiry about fees. As of this date, consultations run $750 and his deep plane lifts start at $75k. I am not even sure if this includes related fees beyond the surgery itself. As most reviews seem to have multiple procedures (brow/eyes etc.) this can easily push the cost. Just as an aside, during my first inquiry about 8 months ago, the pricing on the initial inquiry was about 35% less. Another option is Dr. Ben Talei in LA. He is a colleague of Dr. Jacono and they both use the same deep plane methods. You can view his informative surgery procedure podcasts on Youtube. I just returned from a consultation and his base fee is about $45k for the surgery alone (no eye/brow work). About a 10 day stay required.

This was the information given on my initial contact with the office. I was referred to him in a consult with Dr. John Messa who said this will be his eventual trusted PS down the road. Although Dr. Messa's knowledge of Dr. Jancono fees relayed to me was quite a bit less, his popularity and demand seems to have increased after doing some celebrity faces. A bit out of my price range, but I thought the upfront info here might educate others interested.
