She makes sure her patients are in good hands - trust her with my face

I had a procedure performed by Dr. Blanchet about 2 years ago. She was injecting filler in my face and when she was injecting the area around my mouth, she ended up injecting into a vein in that area. It made a sound as if air was being let out of a balloon. Dr. Blanchet never explained to me what just happened, she stopped injecting my face, and walked out of the procedure room, without any explanation as to what just happened. By the time she returned to the room, a few minutes later, the right side of my face was completely numb, as if I dentist had just numbed my face and mouth, before performing dental fillings. I told her that I was experiencing numbness in my face and all she said is that it would go away in a couple hours. The numbness finally went away about 4 and a half hours later. Approximately a day or so after the procedure with Dr. Blanchet, I awoke to what can best be described as a crackling sound, whenever I exhaled. It was very audible, whenever I lay quietly in bed at night. This sound made falling asleep almost impossible for hours. I ended up going to an Ear Nose and Throat doctor, who couldn’t find what was causing this new crackling sound that I never had before Dr. Blanchet injected filler into a vein in my face. I ended up going to a pulmonologist who came up with ideas to help me with falling asleep, such as getting a machine that makes soothing sounds, with a view of disguising the crackling sound somewhat. About a little over a year ago, I called Dr. Blanchet’s office and asked to see her, since I was still hearing the crackling sound. Dr. Blanchet must have had my name flagged, because one of her employees came on the phone and asked me what this was in reference to and when I explained to her what my predicament was, she said Dr. Blanchet said that nothing she did caused my problem. Imagine that, after Dr. Blanchet injected filler into a vein in my face, not only did she make no mention of having injected a vein, on my face on my medical paperwork (a copy of which I requested soon after the incident occurred), not only did she not have the decency to address what happened when the syringe with filler that she was using punctured a vein in my face (which she instantly knew happened, because she made a sound and walked out of the room, and stopped working on my face with no explanation, but now she was refusing to see me, a client.
Dr. Blanchet was too proud or haughty to say she made a mistake. She left a patient sitting in her office with no explanation of what just happened and then brushed me off, when I tried to see her. This is very unprofessional and maybe even unethical on her part. Doctors take an oath to do no harm. While I believe it was an accident, her handling of the situation afterwards was terrible. I will never ever again trust my face in her hands.
