Outstanding Physician
I work in technology, a field in which there is considerable ageism. It's objectionable that we live in a society in which women "Of A Certain Age" become in effect invisible (professionally and otherwise) and I've never been one to conform to societal expectations of appearance. While I decided to have my procedure initially with my career in mind, it's undoubtedly for myself as well. I look in the mirror now and think "oh there I am"; the outside matches the inside again. Dr. Akinbiyi is extraordinary: he understood my goals and implemented them and furthermore, when there was a complication unrelated to his part of the surgery, he took the initiative to manage my care.
