Incredibly unhappy with my results - the scars are horrendous

Honest review here. SCARS that will never go away, no matter how many lasers, corrective surgery, micro-needling and hair transplants (yes, that bad). I will be left with scars for life that could have been completely avoided. I am so incredibly unhappy with my results. Not only did I pay a fortune for the "Vertical Restore", lower and upper Bleph, lip lift and fat transfer, I was left with subpar results and the scars are horrendous. The scars left around my face are so incredibly noticeable that I have to get hair-transplanted to cover them. I cannot wear my hair up or back. The scars under my eyes, around my ears and hairline are incredibly noticeable. I have consulted with multiple surgeons in regards to my results, and all are shocked at not only what I paid, but the lack of results and permanent scarring.
I have since had to undergo surgery to fix the GIGANTIC scar under my nose from the lip lift (super low), as well as the disproportion of my facelift (jowels left on the left of my face) and the skin that was left under my chin and neck. My neck lift was barely touched, yet the scars are horrendous. I had to have the bags corrected in my 2nd facelift by a SKILLED surgeon. My lower bleph left me with nothing but scars and bags. All of which I pointed out to Dr. Karam.
I have asked for a refund to cover the cost of a facelift revision, lower bleph revision, neck lift revision, scar revision therapy as well as the hair transplants to cover the scarring around my face and hairline.
I have reached out to Dr. Karam on several occasions, and my concerns were brushed off. I felt intimidated anytime I brought up my concerns, therefore my trust and faith in his ability to make this right has passed. I have since requested that I receive money back to take care of all of the areas that need fixing and I have received no response to my request.

Response from Dr. Karam:
Unfiltered feedback is our greatest source of information for improving our care. That said, we feel this review does not fairly describe our practice or the exceptional results consistently provided to our patients. The vast majority of outcomes are beautiful with targeted changes leaving them looking naturally youthful. These are the expectations we set and meet with each patient. When we learn that a patient is not satisfied, we invite them in for an in-person evaluation. Please contact us.

I'm sorry that this happened to you, I can only tell you to persevere in your fight and to ask for reimbursement of all expenses and to be paid for all new necessary revision corrections and compensation for mental, emotional and physical pain due to everything you are going through.

Just try to save all the pictures before and after the operation and take pictures in as much detail as possible so that you have evidence. I experienced the same with a deep plane face and neck lift and I experienced major complications like total skin necrosis and I will have huge scars on my face and neck. I will do my best to recover and even I got a wig to cover myself at my 65 years since people are staring at me and asking too many questions, so this will be tough, but we need to be strong. I complete understand you that it is hard for you each time when you look yourself at mirror and think what happened to you.

You just saved me 100,000 dollars. His pricing is crazy expensive. And to hear this. I would like to hear his rebuttal.

I am 6 months out from my VR and it is the biggest mistake of my life. The scaring and scar placement is horrendous. My outcome aesthetically is very good, but nothing is worth the scars. You will never be able to go anywhere without make up and will spend the rest of your life trying to conceal them. I have hair transplants scheduled. There is no aesthetic improvement worth this risk. Go to a surgeon who doesn’t do front of the hairline incisions. They are ridiculous.
