No results - no one noticed any difference

It is with a heavy heart that I am finally writing this review. I went through what others have gone through for a facelift: guilt of burdening a family member for a few days, as well as wiping out my entire savings account and then some; pain; loss of weeks of activity time during recovery, etc...all for no results. I had the facelift in July of 2021. A couple months later I raised concerns to Dr. Goldman that I looked exactly the same as before the surgery. People who did not know that I had the procedure (like coworkers) never made a comment that I look different. No one noticed anything because there wasn't anything to notice. My friends who knew I had the procedure done said that I look exactly the same. After several months of communicating my concerns with a very heavy-heart to Dr. Goldman, in February of 2022, I asked for a refund so that I could have it redone elsewhere. Dr. Goldman said he would redo it for free. But obviously at this point, I had lost all personal and professional trust and confidence. He said he would refund me $1500. I said I need it redone and need my money back to do so. In March of 2022, he sent me a check for $4000. My procedure was 16,000, the most expensive in this area.
It was such a huge decision to do this procedure and so devastating with the horrible end results.
Please do not choose Dr. Steven Goldman for a facelift.
