10/10 Facility! Will Always Recommend

Wow all I can say is wow!
Thank you Dr. Quiroz for making me so happy, from start to finish my experience was amazing. (I am a 53 year old woman from Ottawa, Canada) First, before I go any further, I spent a year researching this and one of my concerns when reading the reviews was "were these people paid to put a positive review?" My answer to you is no, this is an honest review, I was not paid to post this.
Booking with Dr. Quiroz was easy and from beginning he answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I thought I made the correct decision with him, and I was right. He recommended a neck and face lift, and upper eyelid surgery. I had no pain from waking up from the procedure, just a lot of swelling. I am now 4 weeks post op and will post pictures along with this review. I will say that for future procedures, this is the only facility I will use and Dr Quiroz is now my go to guy for plastic surgery. I'm excited to see what I look like at 3 months!
Cynthia the patient care specialist helped the entire process run smoothly. She always got back to me quickly, answering questions from the time I landed in San diego and arrived at Vita, she never left my side. She literally made me feel like royalty. So thank you cynthia, for being an awesome human!
Rocio was the coordinator for Dr. Quiroz, very upbeat high energy person, I will always remember her saying "in a Mexican minute", she was amazing. She never left my side when it came to surgery day and post op. Thank you Rocio!
As for all the ladies in the recovery boutique, you were all fantastic and gave a level of care that I would've received at home. I never wanted for anything, just a great bunch of awesome ladies giving 24 hr nurse care!
To the lady that gave me my massages before and after surgery, she was so good, if I could've brought her home in my suitcase I would've. She was a friendly beautiful lady! I recommend you take advantage of this.
I will definitely be going back next year for a mommy makeover, and I can't wait to go back to this amazing facility!
