You look amazing! I am thinking of having Dr. Pawar do a face and neck lift. Scared to death though! LOL! Your photos don’t show the incisions. How did you feel about the location and ultimate visibility of the scars? My hair is short!

The incisions will fade to white after about 6-8 months and be barely noticeable. They are round the ears front and back. If you have neck lipo there will be one under the chin. I won't lie, there is moderate discomfort after the surgery which peaks about 3 days after and then will get better every day thereafter. Dr. Pawar is AMAZING. All he does is faces. I have such wonderful symmetry and look 10 years younger. Best of luck if you decide to go ahead. Oh...find some photos of yourself 20+ years younger. It helps the doc make you look like yourself only younger! Just a little tip I am sure he will suggest if you forget.

Thank you so much! Dr Pawar did cancer reconstruction surgery for a loved one so I feel confident in his ability and like his communication style. I am total chicken though so this is big! If you wouldn’t mind another question or two...where is the procedure done? Did you write you stayed the night in the hospital? If so, why would you recommend that? Thanks in advance!

He does surgery at a Froedtert Hospital satellite center in Menomonee Falls. I have another medical condition that makes my blood pressure really low sometimes so the first reason I chose to stay overnight wS to receive IV fluids in case I was nauseated (which I was not...ask for anesthesiologist Dr. Cooper he was awesome about medicating to prevent nausea...my least favorite ting in the world). So that was reason number one and the second reason was I did have anyone but my 83 year old father to look after me that first night so opted for professional care. I had an 8 hour surgery with multiple procedures at once is reason number three. I definitely recommend having a family member there for when you wake up if you stay overnight. I did not have the mental faculties to push the call button on the side of the bed after the hand one fell and I needed pain meds and more fluids (bag was empty) so suffered for a couple hours needlessly. So have an advocate with you. You are going ti feel it when you wake up but as soon as you can walk a bit...it helps. I did not take any narcotics because of ow much I hate nausea but doc did have them ordered plus Tylenol whichI took. Hope his info helps. Overnight stay costs about $500 per night, doc came in the next morning and removed my drains (another nice thing about staying over) and I went home.

I am loving my new face, neck and nose more and more every day. Friends mention how young I look in photos without knowing what I had done. I am thrilled with my results!
