Facelift & Neck Lift - I'm so happy with the results

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Chris Moss, his highly professional team - Olivia, Naomi, Marlo, Amanda, Dr Chris Adey, Jo, and the fantastic theatre & nursing staff at The Avenue Hospital. Dr Moss is thorough, exacting, gifted and meticulous. Through all the research I did before choosing him (and I'm so glad I chose him, I'm so happy with the results), it's clear that facial plastic surgery is both an art and a science. Dr Moss expertly balances both. He really listens to what you want and offers realistic guidelines as to what is achievable (no 'wind tunnel' or 'overstretched' looks will emerge!). His enormous hard work, dedication and commitment to pioneering and remaining at the forefront of new facelift techniques and understanding of facial anatomy, is evident. He and his nursing and theatre team have worked together for a long time; you instantly feel like you're in good hands - they are consummate professionals who know what each other needs and work like an orchestra together! Every single one of them is so kind and explains everything so thoroughly beforehand. They are always available if you have any questions and encourage you to ask anything and everything - no question is ridiculous! Finally, one of the things I was most amazed at was the stitching Dr Moss does - so fine and so much care taken to hide the stitches in the hairline, while preserving the hairline. I was literally blown away by this and how meticulous and what care is taken. Very different to some of the photos and videos I've seen online. Olivia is also very gentle when removing them. Dr Moss and his team are indeed the 'A Team'!
