Full Facelift /Necklift /Chin Reduction - Exceeded Expectations in Every Way!

Safety, Results, Budget, Communication, Comfort, and, ability to do this on my own without a companion. These were the criteria I required to be able to move forward. Dr. Ercan and his team exceeded every one of these priorities /criteria!
A little about me: I am 60 years old, female, and live in the north Los Angeles area. I had been researching plastic surgeons for about two years…but was never able to find one that met all my criteria -that is until Dr. Ercan’s profile showed up. I sent photos asking for a review by Dr. Ercan as to the procedures he would recommend. I quickly received feedback and from that point onwards the process was easy. It has now been about two months since my facelift /necklift/eyebrow lift/fat transfer, and chin bone reduction by Dr. Ercan. I am extremely happy.
With regards to my priorities/criteria:
1. SAFETY - I felt very safe throughout my stay in Turkiye and throughout my procedure. I was incredibly nervous before hand, yet I didn’t need to be. Everything was taken care of, and I felt very safe throughout.
2. RESULTS - What a difference. It has been a little over two months, and I am amazed at how natural, and yet so much better, I look and feel. In reality, the facelift /necklift looked great even after just two weeks (bone reduction is a longer healing process). Before the procedure, Dr. Ercan and I spent a lot of time in the mirror discussing where to raise the eyebrows, how much to reduce the chin, where to include the fat transfer, etc…I asked him to be conservative, and that is exactly what he did.
3. BUDGET - I would just say that if you have been saving up for a facelift in the U.S., most likely you have saved enough to proceed with Dr. Ercan. Even with the flight, hotel, hospital stay, etc..this cost was much more feasible than in the U.S. It would be a very interesting case study to understand why state of the art medical procedures are much more affordable in Turkiye than in the U.S. - but that is obviously beyond the scope of this review.
4. COMMUNICATION - With my very first contact with Dr. Ercan’s office up though today, the communication is very streamlined. All communication with Dr. Ercan and the patient coordinator, Eray, is very, thorough, clear, organized, and personable. I had TONS of questions…and they very kindly answered all of my questions, thoroughly, quickly, and kindly.
5. COMFORT - I was much more comfortable throughout my stay than I ever could have imagined. The first night after the surgery ( 6 hr surgery) I even had a wonderful night nurse, Nurse Cansu, who never left my side. The hospital room was very comfortable, kept spotless, and I was very well taken care of throughout my stay. Dr. Ercan’s nurse, Nurse Ceren is wonderful -very knowledgeable, energetic, and kind. All the hospital nurses were excellent and would show up in my room within one or two minutes when I pressed my call button. Even the hospital food was delicious and plentiful. The hotel I stayed at, Asia City hotel, was perfect for my procedure. The hotel is an easy 1 minute walk from the hospital, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Many of the customers staying at this hotel were there for plastic surgery, so many people were walking around with bandages around their face.
6. ABILITY to do this without a companion - I did not have anyone who I could ask to be with me during this process. I was on my own. Fortunately, Dr. Ercan’s office is set up for this exact situation, making it a non-concern if you are on your own. They have the process and the staff to ensure that you will be well taken care of throughout the stay. From the moment I first landed at the airport to my last day in Turkiye, I was taken care of.
I will add that I was amazed at how quickly I felt fine. Within 4 to 5 days after my surgery, I was walking around the neighborhood and going shopping. After about one week, I was touring Istanbul and felt completely normal.
If anyone asked my advice, I would just say if you are seriously considering plastic surgery, just reach out to Dr. Ercan and everything will be easy and straight forward from that point onwards.
