Multiple Procedures at DA Plastic Surgery

I recently had surgery at DA Plastic Surgery and overall had a very positive experience with both the medical team and coordinators.
I traveled to Korea for a face and neck lift, platysmaplasty, zygoma reduction, upper blepharoplasty, ptosis correction, under-eye fat repositioning, and fat transfer to my forehead and temples. I was very nervous about traveling abroad for such extensive surgery, but the entire process was well organized and reassuring.
From airport pickup to hotel transfer, everything was smooth. Stan met us on time each day and walked us to the clinic for consultations. At the clinic, Ellen, Eric, and Stan were extremely helpful with paperwork, translations, CT scans, and logistics. The doctors were kind, professional, and never rushed my consultations.
After surgery, I also met Blair, who helped me on two separate occasions during recovery- once assisting with translation during a doctor visit and another time helping me communicate during my final follow-up appointment. I really appreciated her kindness and support during that stage.
I stayed overnight at the clinic after surgery, where the nurse regularly checked on me, replaced ice packs, and I had a call button for support, which made me feel very safe. Post-op care continued with daily deswelling treatments, followups, and hair washing on day 4, which I really appreciated.
Eric was especially caring and regularly checked in on how I was feeling during recovery.
Stan also helped with my hospital discharge even on a Sunday when the clinic was closed and arranged my transport back to the hotel. After that, I didn’t see Stan or Ellen again in person. I was initially confused about who my main translator/contact person was after surgery, but there were always other translators available at appointments whenever needed.
After returning home, I also requested my CT scan and Ellen promptly sent it to me, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I’m very grateful for the attentive care and smooth coordination.
