Worst results ever. Horrific scars, pain and damage to my eyelids.

Still dealing with the scarring and the lower facelift looks as if it never was done. Another plastic surgeon told me that the lower facelift and neck lift needed to be done all over again. I have had the scars Co2 lasered and still continue to go for Co2 touch ups at $1000 per visit. Dr Alfaki never took accountability and just wrote me off my severing our doctor patient relationship by sending me a certified letter. Even his colleague was flabbergasted of the results. Trust me, do your homework. I am not the only botched patient of Dr Alfalki. Two years later and I am still living a nightmare!

I went for another consultation with Alfalki at his partner’s recommendation. He accused me of photoshopping my surgery pictures and terminated our doctor patient relationship because I posted my photos on RealSelf. He never offered a revision and honestly I did not want him to even attempt to cut on my face again. I think it is only reasonable that he gives me a full refund so that I can have an experienced surgeon treat these horrific scars!

I had an appointment with Dr Alfalki today at the recommendation of the senior doctor at Fredericksburg Plastic Surgeons in Virginia. He accused me of photoshopping the horrific pictures that I posted and said that he had no intention of doing any revisions, nor did he offer a refund. He made these comments with my husband and his nurse in the exam room. I agree that he will never do any revisions on me based on the results of his first try. I wouldn’t allow that to happen again. I am still paying on this surgery and he is still claiming he did nothing wrong and told me to see whoever I was so inclined to because as of now he is no longer my doctor. I would like to get opinions of other doctors as to what would be my best action against this doctor or recommendations of the best treatment for these horrific scars.
