Worst results ever. Horrific scars, pain and damage to my eyelids.

Dr Alfaki performed a mini facelift and neck lift in October 2022. I requested another doctor in the practice but was assured that Alfalki could do the job well. I have the most horrific scars, pain from the raised scars and damage to my eyelids(ptotis). Hopefully RealSelf will publish this review as a service to their reviewers. I spoke to Dr. Alfaki after seeing another plastic surgeon who set up a treatment plan. Dr Alfaki said he would not contribute to the cost of the treatment even though the pictures speak volumes.

7 months in and the neck lift is not looking good at all. Hopefully I will hear from the doctor soon. So disappointed and quite depressed. I wish I could turn back time! Between the lower facelift scars, the drooping eyelids, the pain and the face not being symmetrical it’s a lot!

I had an appointment with Dr Alfalki today at the recommendation of the senior doctor at Fredericksburg Plastic Surgeons in Virginia. He accused me of photoshopping the horrific pictures that I posted and said that he had no intention of doing any revisions, nor did he offer a refund. He made these comments with my husband and his nurse in the exam room. I agree that he will never do any revisions on me based on the results of his first try. I wouldn’t allow that to happen again. I am still paying on this surgery and he is still claiming he did nothing wrong and told me to see whoever I was so inclined to because as of now he is no longer my doctor. I would like to get opinions of other doctors as to what would be my best action against this doctor or recommendations of the best treatment for these horrific scars.
