Just amazing! Thank you for everything you have done

Mayclinik. What can I say….. what a great experience. While in the U.K. , I sent photos to them regarding some work I wanted doing and within a few hours I had an online consultation. Prices. Descriptions. Details of what they could do and also recommendations of other work they could suggest at the same time.I was absolutely delighted with Selina who was my liaison while I was in the U.K. she booked everything. Arranged everything. Transfers. Hospital visits. Clinic visits. Covid 19 tests for flying home. She was fantastic and always on hand whenever I called or whatsapped her. Really comforting to have that support available. I could not have been happier with her.
I landed on Wednesday. Pre op on Thursday. And Friday I had my 6 hour operation.The surgeon spoke perfect English and explained everything to me in the pre op Assessment. He again was brilliant. Funny. Good sense of humour. And very gifted surgeon. He made me completely at ease about all the work I was getting.
After the operation there was two days in hospital. Again no issues. I was fed by the nurses. Walked and spoken to. On the Sunday it was back to the hotel for 6 days rest until I go back to the clinic to have stitches out and bandages removed (which is tomorrow).During my six days at the hotel I had the most wonderful nurse assigned to me. Her name is Burcu. What an absolutely beautiful person both inside and out. Such a caring lady. Spoke perfect English. Visited me at least twice a day. Lots of knowledge. Funny. Loves her job and really knows how to make her patients feel at ease. It should have been difficult being in a foreign country where not many people speak English and you’ve just had major surgery.But honestly having Burcu with me while I was recovering has definitely helped my recovery to speed up . She is an incredible human being and I am happy and proud to have met someone who made my journey so much easier. Without her I can only imagine how stressed and confused I would have been during my 6 day recovery.
I can not begin to thank her enough and if Mayclinik read this review…. Please give her a pay rise as she represents your company so well.I have already seen the results of one of the surgeries I had and I am so happy with the results already.
Honestly. If you’re having surgery in Turkey….. use Mayclinik.
You will not be sorry.
