Here is a side by side view of my front profile...Once again the prominent jowels are gone. ..It is a much smoother profile from the front and sides... I love my new profile...I think these two pictures show the difference from the front the best...

Here is a good close up of my profile from my left side before the surgery. My chin and neck line are so much better and the loose skin and jowels are gone. Pictures show the dramatic difference from before and after.

awesome you are happy..that is what matters. Quetion..under your chin...is it still red? Photo below it looks so inflamed. Any idea why that area?

I think it looks inflamed because of the lighting. It is not red around the scar at all in regular light.It is not really swollen. The only part that is really red is the scar itself and it is fading.

The scar under the chin doesn't hurt. Just a little numb. It is just my biggest scar and so looks inflamed when it's just reddish colored because of the scar.

usually the under chin scars are the smallest yet i noticed both you and his other patient the ca girl have big under chin incisions...bet a nurse stitched you up there

Absolutely no one has noticed my chin scar, and my daughter (that is in the medical field) is amazed how my incisions have healed. I know from my previous surgeries that my scars will be nonexistent within a few years.

Not quite sure what evidence you base such a claim on. Judging by all the photos of under chin incisions I have seen in realself's necklift section there's absolutely nothing unusual about her scar. In fact it looks quite neatly stitched and very similar in size to all those other under chin incisions. And in any case the surgeon and no nurse will have opened her up there at the beginning of surgery....so he determined the size of the incision.

Did Miramontes fix your underyes as well?
You seemed a tad hollow before and then not so much but you're smiling.
I heard he has this no fat method in which he improves the under eye area just with a lift.
Also how long was your recovery and when did your scars dissappear? Did he do a eyebrow lift too? Or a temporal lift?
Sorry I have so many questions but I already consulted him and have so many questions with REAL patients of his.
I am super nervous as I am also only 37 but need surgery because enzyme damaged me so much that facelift doctor think I am much older :-( when before it was the opposite. Enzyme ate my collagen :-(

I love this picture. No more jowels thank goodness. I loved Dr Miramontes's results. It has taken at least 10 years off. Was told I looked like I was in my twenties by a stranger and I'm 44. Very happy with my natural results.
